Ninety-five Years Later Pininfarina Still Knows How to Turn Heads
A celebration in carbon and gold, the Battista Novantacinque is Pininfarina’s handcrafted ode to 95 years of Italian brilliance.

In a quiet corner of Turin, where Italy’s industrial past meets its design future, Automobili Pininfarina revealed its most personal creation to date.

Far from a simple tribute, it stands as a bold declaration; an embodiment of a brand defined not solely by technical mastery, but by emotion, artistry and the timeless elegance that is unmistakably Italian.

The Novantacinque stands as both an homage and a farewell: the final chapter in the Battista series and a rare artefact in the age of mass luxury.
For three days, the MAUTO museum in Turin, Pininfarina’s spiritual home, played host to the public unveiling of the car.

Framed by the city’s industrial charm and a curated retrospective of Pininfarina’s legacy, the Novantacinque drew a discreet crowd of collectors, tastemakers and design purists.

Its presence is immediate. Clad in Exposed Signature Carbon Tinted Rosso Gloss, the car radiates drama and discipline in equal measure.
The deep red finish, steeped in Italian symbolism, is punctuated by a bespoke livery in PURA Vision Gold Paint Gloss and Nero Torino Gloss.

A singular gold pinstripe sweeps from front to rear, borrowed from the Furiosa Pack, while the ‘Novantacinque’ signature graces the rear wing with a quiet confidence.

Details matter here. Iconico wheels finished in Precision Polished Colourless with Black Channel Matt accents frame the stance, while brushed aluminium highlights, anodised in both gold and black, bring a sculptural dimension to the design. Every element feels considered, even contemplative.

Step inside, and the narrative continues.
Pilota seats in Black Leather and Black Alcantara, stitched in a dual-tone palette that mirrors the exterior, surround the driver.

Knee pads embroidered with a gold 95, bespoke aluminium rotary controls, and custom chassis and door plates elevate the space from cockpit to gallery.

“The Battista Novantacinque represents the pinnacle of bespoke luxury and performance. It is a tribute to Pininfarina’s past, present and future—a timeless masterpiece created to honour ninety-five years of design excellence.” - Paolo Dellachà, CEO of Automobili Pininfarina
It also marks the end of an era. With the conclusion of Battista production scheduled for later this year, the Novantacinque becomes a milestone in the brand’s evolution.

A singular expression of what happens when Italian craft, technical brilliance, and client vision meet at the highest level.

Automobili Pininfarina continues to occupy a rare space in the automotive world, where every car is a conversation, and every commission a reflection of the individual.

The Novantacinque, with its meticulous detailing and historic relevance, may be the most compelling conversation yet.
