Broad Arrow Steals the Show at Villa d’Este
Broad Arrow’s European debut at Villa d’Este achieves €31M in sales, led by a record-setting 1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa.

Broad Arrow Auctions, part of the Hagerty Group (NYSE: HGTY), marked a spectacular European debut as the official auction partner of BMW AG during the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.
Held at the elegant Villa Erba on 24 and 25 May, the two-day event achieved €31.17 million in total sales, with 78 percent of lots sold and over 8,000 online viewers.
The star of the weekend was an exceptional 1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa, which sold for a record €7.54 million following a fierce bidding contest.

Other highlights included a 1989 Ferrari F40 Competizione at €2.31 million, a 1954 Siata 208S Motto Spider at €1.75 million, and a rare 2003 Honda NSX-R that set a new auction record at €934,375.
A dedicated BMW-only sale added further excitement, headlined by a 1980 BMW M1 Procar specification model fetching €602,500.
“We are thrilled with the response to our first European sale,” said Kenneth Ahn, President of Broad Arrow. “The energy, the setting, and the calibre of vehicles made this an unforgettable weekend.”
The next sale takes place at the Monterey Jet Center, California, on 13–14 August 2025.
